You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 60 minutes before the scheduled time at no charge.
A $65.00 diagnostic deposit is required to reserve your appointment. If you proceed with the repair, the $65.00 will be applied toward the repair cost.
If you cancel less than 60 minutes before your appointment or do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable, but it will be issued as store credit valid for 90 days. The credit may be used toward the diagnosed device or any other eligible repair or purchase at AAT All About Tech.
