In 2009, while living overseas, a close friend of our founder accidentally cracked the screen on his iPhone 3GS. Because the phone was no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty, replacing it was costly and difficult. Knowing our founder had a degree in Informatics Engineering and a passion for electronics, his friend trusted him to complete the repair. Using quality replacement parts and careful attention to detail, the repair was a success. That single repair ignited a passion that would eventually become AAT All About Tech. Over the following years, we built a reputation for honest service, technical expertise, and dependable repairs. A New Beginning in the United States In 2019, our founder moved to the United States with the vision of bringing the same commitment to quality, honesty, and professional repair services to local communities. After establishing ourselves in Connecticut, AAT All About Tech officially began serving customers in the United States in 2020, rebuilding the business from the ground up while maintaining the same values that made us successful overseas. Growing With Our Community As customer demand increased, so did our company. 2024 marked an important milestone with the opening of our Downtown Bristol location, which became the company's headquarters and primary operations center. This expansion allowed us to better serve customers throughout Bristol and the surrounding communities while continuing to grow our team and services. Also in 2024, we expanded our technical capabilities by introducing robot repair services, supporting educational robots, robotic vacuums, commercial robotic systems, AI-powered devices, and smart automation equipment. In 2026, we continued our expansion by opening our Newington location inside Walmart, operating under the nationally recognized iFixandRepair franchise.
