1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AAT All About Tech Meriden’s website, products, and services.
1.2. By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
1.5. Any violation of these Terms may result in termination of services without refund or prior notice.

2. Services

2.1. AAT All About Tech Meriden offers repair, sales, and support for various tech devices, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles.
2.2. All repairs are subject to the availability of parts and the extent of the damage. We reserve the right to refuse repair services for devices deemed beyond repair.
2.3. We strive to complete repairs within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to parts availability or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by repair delays.
2.4. Customers must provide accurate details regarding the device’s condition and prior repairs. We are not responsible for undisclosed pre-existing conditions that may affect the repair outcome.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Prices for services and products are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2. Full payment is required before services or products are rendered. No device will be returned until payment is received in full.
3.3. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of purchase. We do not accept checks.
3.4. Any additional costs incurred during repair (e.g., additional parts needed) will be communicated to the customer for approval before proceeding.
3.5. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to withhold the device until payment is received. Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

4. Warranty and Liability

4.1. Repairs come with a limited warranty covering parts and labor for 12 months.
4.2. The warranty is void if:

  • The device has been physically or liquid damaged post-repair.
  • The device has been tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
  • The issue is unrelated to the original repair performed.
    4.3. AAT All About Tech Meriden is not responsible for data loss during repairs. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before service.
    4.4. We are not liable for damages exceeding the cost of the service provided. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    4.5. If a device is unrepairable, diagnostic fees may still apply. The customer will be informed before any charges are incurred.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Returns are accepted within 3 days for eligible products in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase. Opened or used products may not be eligible for return.
5.2. Refunds for services are only available if a repair fails due to faulty workmanship within the warranty period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
5.3. Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun, even if the repair is unsuccessful.
5.4. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 24h.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Customers must provide accurate information when requesting services, including the correct device model and any prior repair history.
6.2. Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed devices.
6.3. Customers are responsible for reviewing service details, pricing, and warranties before approving repairs.
6.4. Any unauthorized attempts to disassemble or modify the device post-repair will void any warranties or guarantees provided.
6.5. Customers agree not to hold AAT All About Tech Meriden responsible for any indirect issues arising from the repair, including but not limited to software malfunctions or incompatibility issues.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. We collect personal information solely for service and transaction purposes. All data is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
7.2. We may use customer contact information to send service updates, promotions, or surveys. Customers can opt out at any time.
7.3. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle customer data.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country].
